RAVA IDLI


Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Rava

• 1 Cup Sour Curd

• ¼ Tsp Soda

• 4 Green Chilies

• ½ Tsp Mustard Seeds

• Cashew Nuts

• ¼ Inch Ginger

• Curry Leaves

• Coriander Leaves

• Salt to Taste

Method:

• Dry roast rava till it is slightly brown and allow it to cool.

• Add seasoning with mustard seeds, curry leaves, and cashew nuts.

• Mix all the Ingredients: to batter consistency.

• Steam cook idlis.
